Thank you to everyone who searched, compared and booked with us. For every reservation that started here, we are grateful.
Over the years we have helped travellers reach coastlines, mountains and the homes they had been away from for too long. Behind each booking was a plan, a reunion, or a first trip somewhere new. We were glad to be part of it.
Thank you as well to every hotel and partner who worked with us, and to everyone who sent us feedback or gave us another chance along the way. We are sorry the service ends here.
- Confirmed bookings
- Reservations already confirmed will be honoured as agreed, through check-out. If a stay does not go to plan, we will put it right.
- Refunds and support
- For pending orders, refunds or invoices, email customersupport@roompai.com and we will reply as quickly as we can.
- Accounts and data
- You will not be able to sign in once the service ends. Personal data is deleted or anonymised after the required retention period, under applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We will email the address registered on your account and reopen this domain. Until then this page stays here, so keep the link.
